Once you are logged into your Backer account, if you click to contribute, after inputting the amount, you'll be prompted to enter a payment method. You'll want to either bank information or credit/debit card information to set up a new payment method.
If you would just like to update or add a new payment to your account without contributing, you can go to your settings, payment methods, and add bank information or credit/debit card information.
